# ServerIntel > ServerIntel (https://serverintel.com) is a SaaS for real-time monitoring, self-healing and security of Linux servers, made by Kindred Works, Inc. A small agent on each server streams metrics and events over one encrypted WebSocket; the dashboard shows them live, raises incidents with a first diagnosis, fixes common failures automatically and blocks attackers on every server at once. ## What it does - Live metrics every second: CPU, memory, disk, network, services, listening ports, DNS response times, packet loss. - Self-healing runbooks: crashed or hung services, memory leaks, filling disks, runaway processes, slow DNS, packet loss, unexpected open ports. Each fix is verified; risky ones wait for approval; guardrails cap how much changes at once. - Incident diagnosis: the likely cause (a release, a traffic surge, a dependency, the network, a region), the evidence and next steps. - Ask in plain English: "api servers in Europe over 70% CPU", "which servers are vulnerable to Log4Shell". - Security: CVEs matched to installed packages, CIS-style hardening checks, certificate expiry, file integrity monitoring with SHA-256 baselines, attack scoring and fleet-wide IP blocking. - Reliability: SLOs and error budgets, maintenance windows, uptime insights by time of week, region and host, 30/90-day capacity forecasts, executive PDF reports. - Teams: organizations where owners choose what each member may change (read-only up to full access); an audit log of every change; support access only with an owner's time-limited permission. ## Pricing (USD) - $39/month for the first server. - $19/month for each additional server. - Three people included; $7/month for each additional person. - Yearly billing saves 15%. Every feature for every customer. No free plan or trial. - Servers can be added or removed any time (prorated). ## Getting started 1. Sign up at https://serverintel.com/signup. 2.
